The process is quite simple

• make sure you have installed and activated YOAST SEO plugin
• build your products excel file including columns for
  • YOAST SEO TITLE
  • YOAST SEO DESCRIPTION
  • YOAST SEO FOCUS KEYWORD

Your products will be imported along with the YOAST SEO Meta Title, Description and Focus Keyword.
